Apave completes acquisition of IRISNDT and establishes a significant presence in North America

This follows the announcement on 23 October that Apave and IRISNDT had entered into exclusive negotiations.

This 23rd acquisition since the end of 2020 is part of the Apave Group's ambitious strategic plan for 2025, which aims to double its international presence in priority geographies, business lines and sectors.
