CSRD: achieving compliance in a pragmatic and, above all, operational way
The CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) came into force on 1 January 2024. It will gradually require companies to publish an annual sustainability report as tangible proof of their actions to promote sustainable transitions.
The CSRD will gradually replace the declaration of extra-financial performance (DPEF) for listed companies, i.e. 50,000 European companies.
